These rules give students, teachers, and administrators a shared understanding of the learning format and help everyone respect one another’s time.

Learning process
The materials, practice, and support included throughout your studies.
Homework
Students receive regular homework to reinforce completed topics and prepare for upcoming lessons.
Individual approach
The teacher considers each student’s needs and current level to make learning as effective as possible.
Feedback
We provide regular updates on achievements, progress, and any challenges that may arise during learning.
Platforms
Lessons take place on Zoom, while all materials are stored in Google Classroom and remain available at any time.
Textbooks
Students purchase textbooks independently based on the teacher’s recommendations.
Online resources
Additional online resources support reading, writing, listening, and speaking practice.
Student portal and Telegram bot
Students should connect to the Telegram bot to track their lesson balance, receive reminders, and stay up to date with important school announcements.
Summer speaking club with native speakers
During the first month of summer, the learning program includes a speaking club with native speakers — a welcoming space to practise real conversation, reinforce new skills, and speak English with greater confidence.
Free consultations
Students may consult their teacher free of charge about the learning process and their progress.

Getting started and lesson format
How we assess your level, form groups, and share learning materials.
Free assessment
Before starting, every student completes a written and spoken assessment. It evaluates grammar, vocabulary, listening, and speaking so we can recommend the right group or individual program.
Minimum number of participants
A lesson takes place even when only one student attends. Absent students receive a recording for independent study.
Learning materials
After every lesson, students receive presentations, homework, and other materials for independent practice and preparation for the next class.
Learning format
Students choose the format that suits them best: individual lessons, pair lessons, or a small group.

Attendance and schedule
Shared expectations that protect learning time for the whole group.
Late arrival
If a student is late, the lesson is not extended. The student should join as soon as they are able.
Missed lessons
If a student does not notify the teacher at least 12 hours in advance, the lesson is charged in full. With timely notice, payment may be credited for no more than two lessons per month.
Lesson schedule
The schedule is agreed with the student and may be adapted for the convenience of all group members. Students should be online 5 minutes early to check their technical setup.
Schedule changes
If a student needs to change the lesson time or study schedule, they should notify the administration in advance. Changes depend on teacher and school availability.

Technical readiness
What you need for reliable participation in online lessons.
Technical requirements
Students are responsible for a stable internet connection, working microphone, and webcam. If a technical issue occurs on the student’s side, the lesson is considered delivered.
Power outages
Lessons follow the schedule during planned or emergency outages. Students should prepare charged devices, mobile internet, a power bank, or another way to connect. If a student cannot join or continue because of a power outage, the lesson is considered delivered and the payment is not transferred.
If a technical issue occurs
If a technical issue occurs during a lesson, students should:
- notify the teacher or administration immediately;
- briefly describe the issue and send a screenshot when possible;
- follow the recommended steps to reconnect;
- check the settings after class to prevent the issue from recurring.

Payment and mutual respect
Payment terms and the basic standards for safe, respectful communication.
Tuition payment
Lessons take place only after prepayment made at least 24 hours before the start. Payment is made for a minimum of two weeks in advance. Without payment, the lesson does not take place.
Code of conduct
Students must follow ethical communication standards. Offensive language or inappropriate behavior during lessons is not permitted.
Reasons for ending enrolment
The school reserves the right to stop providing services in the following cases:
- repeated absence without prior notice;
- no response or repeated disregard of administration messages;
- late tuition payments;
- inappropriate or offensive behavior toward teachers or other participants in the learning process.
